1.75” Snap Lock

1.75" Snap Lock
The 1.75" Snap Lock panel is an excellent choice for both residential and commercial applications. These panels are installed with clips, enabling longer runs without the need for additional seaming.
Panel Notes
This panel width standards are 14" or 18". All other widths are considered custom order and have a minimum width of 12" and a maximum width of 24" of coverage.
Striations or Pencil Ribs are recommended for added panel strength to avoid additional oil canning.
Ideal for self-installation with the snap lock feature.
This panel is approved for Weathergate Warranties.

Oil Canning Disclaimer
At EZ Steel, LLC, we take great pride in the quality and precision of our metal fabrication services. However, customers should be aware that "oil canning" – a visual waviness or distortion that may appear in flat sheet metal – can occur as a result of standard fabrication processes such as bending, rolling, folding, or forming. This condition is a common and recognized characteristic of thin-gauge, flat metal products, particularly in exposed or reflective surfaces.Oil canning is typically cosmetic in nature and does not impact the structural integrity or performance of the material. Factors contributing to oil canning include material thickness, profile geometry, handling practices, installation methods, and inherent stress in the metal — many of which are beyond the control of EZ Steel, LLC.While we employ industry best practices to minimize the appearance of oil canning, it cannot be entirely prevented, especially in flat or wide panels. As such, EZ Steel, LLC does not consider oil canning to be a fabrication defect.EZ Steel, LLC will not accept oil canning as a cause for rejection, return, or replacement of material or fabricated products.Customers are strongly encouraged to consider this inherent characteristic during the design phase, especially when aesthetics are a primary concern. If surface appearance is critical to your project, please discuss your requirements with us in advance so we can help recommend appropriate materials and fabrication techniques.
